High speed door FAQ
What does a BMP high speed door cost?
BMP Doors USA publishes no list price, because the cost of a high speed door is decided by the opening size, the speed and insulation the room needs, the controls and safety devices, and the installation itself. Two doors of the same model can differ substantially once those are set. Every door is therefore quoted through the BMP dealer who will also install and service it, which adds a conversation at the start and removes the guesswork from the quote. Request a quote at bmpdoors.us or call (888) 822-3667.
My BMP door is showing a fault code. What does it mean?
BMP Doors USA does not publish fault or error codes publicly, because the same code can mean different things on different controllers and a wrong reset can leave a door unsafe. A fault on a BMP door goes to the dealer who installed it, who holds the controller documentation for your specific configuration and can resolve it without a site visit in most cases. Call (888) 822-3667 if you do not know who your dealer is.
What warranty comes with a BMP door?
Every BMP door is supplied with the written BMP USA Limited Warranty, which is the only express warranty BMP provides and which sets out exactly what is covered and for how long. Terms are not summarized here, because a summary is not the document a claim is settled against, so ask your BMP dealer or call (888) 822-3667 and we will send you the current Limited Warranty in full before you order.
What certifications do BMP doors carry?
The DynamicRoll CB 125 TM is certified to ISO 14644-1 Class 5 by Fraunhofer IPA, report BM 2111-1281, tested at 50 Pa. On the food and cleanroom models an FDA-certified PVC curtain is available as an option, and it is the curtain material that carries that certification rather than the complete door or the room it serves, which matters when a specification is being written. Any approval not listed on this page is one BMP does not claim. If your specification requires a particular listing, ask before you specify and BMP will confirm in writing what the door holds.
